"Hi, its Cesar here. We're back at Expert Village and Cesar is going to teach you how to roll out of a leg lock. Okay, she has it. Nothing to do? There's nothing to do? Oh yes there is. Okay, what I'm going to do is I'm going to gently grab her leg. I'm going to roll my side over here. You always want to roll towards the leg that is being locked. Not this way. This is helping her. Not a good idea. Now what I want to do, I want to roll this way. Okay, so I'm going to go ahead and roll. And while I'm rolling, try to spread the legs open. Now that her legs are open, hopefully during the rolling she will get disoriented, and I could go ahead and manipulate her legs to spread them open. And when spread open I can go ahead and try to mount her afterwards. Again. Okay? Now, if she were to hold on, and there's enough space, keep rolling, rolling, rolling until you could either spread her legs open or just break out of it. Sometimes with the rolling the arms get loose and your foot actually slips out. You either want the foot, while you're rolling, you want the foot to either, go ahead, while you're rolling you want the foot to either slip out this way and when it does just go ahead and pop it out or if you actually go in deeper then that's fine. You go back to neutral position right here. Okay? Now I'm going to show you a different kind of a leg lock."
