"Hi welcome back to Expert Village. This is Cesar. Now the next thing we're going to do here is the choke. First, she just threw me on the ground and she got on top of me. The first thing I want to do is get on my guard, wrap her around and take control. The first movement from the choke is this. I'm going to put my hand steep up the lapel as I can. You see that. If the person you're fighting has a business suit or even a T-shirt, this should work just fine. So, put it up deep, deep, deep, deep. A lot of people just leave it up down here. That's not good enough. You want it so deep, that your four fingers are almost touching the back of her neck. That's how deep you want it. Okay, you also want this bone right here to be able to rub against her neck. So, up against her neck. The other free hand lets go of this because when these two open up for the other hand once it's done its job it will go across to the other side and same thing as deep, deep, deep as you can. These fingers should be able to hold the back of the neck. Now, you're going to hold the lapel as tight as possible and then you're going to squeeze in. Now when you squeeze in, this is the motion. It's not like this. It's not down definitely and it's not up. It's rotation. It's rotation. You're rotating your cuffs here into the neck; into the neck; into the arteries. So again, this hand; this hand opens up the lapel, that hand shoots in, grasps as tight as possible. The hand that was holding the lapel, let's go and goes to the other side as steep as possible. You hold tight and then you rotate according to the neck. Instant tap out."
