"Hi my name is Carey Kepler I'm a functional training coach and a triathlon coach I work with intermediate to beginner triathlete , if you need more information you can go to my website at www.boundless-energy.com. What I'm going to talk about here is transition from swim to bike one you want to make sure that you set up your transition station and I'm going to talk more about that later. On your bike transition you want to make sure shoes are set out if there's Velcro straps what ever kind of straps make sure that there open and your quickly able to slip into them. If your going to wear sunglasses I suggest that you do make sure that your sunglasses are out and your helmet make sure that's open the straps are open and it's ready to get slipped right onto the head. And your towel of course coming out of the water you going to be able to set your towel down wipe your feet off and get them dry. To cut tee one time down I suggest that you not wear socks if your able to and also to not worry putting gloves on you can worry about that for longer iron man 1/2 hour man races. Also remember take your time so be calm get everything on try to be graceful as possible but also your want to move through this, so your also trying to be efficient and you want to obviously be in race in goals time. So tee one time maybe something like this coming from water to the bike, coming off."
