"Hi my name is Carey Kepler I'm a functional training coach today I'm going to talk about fitness tip for the first time triathletes to the intermediate pentathlete. I'm going to talk about important swim equipment that you must have to get started with swimming. You can get more information off of my website at www.boundless-energy.com to get started in triathlon of course you going to need swim gearing equipment. And of course you going to need swimsuit, swim shorts something that's comfortable, that flows moves with your body. Your differently going to need a good pair of goggles, your going to need a good pair of goggles and these happen to be tinted and get clear. The main thing is that they are placed on your face and they don't leak and so you need to make sure that you feel comfortable and that they are comfortable on your face, and there not going to leak, so make sure you try them on before you purchase them. Another important piece of equipment especially woman for hair is make sure you have a swim cap it holds the hair back and also it makes you visible in the water, so you want to make sure to work with a swim cap. Some nonessential but very useful equipment to have while training is a pair of swim fins, there going to help you with your kick okay and and your leg strength, kick board is going to be necessary to use and also you want to use a bowie here to help work on the efficiency of the swim and pull for the upper body."
