" Hi my name is Carey Kepler; I’m a functional training coach. I coach triathletes and do triathlons myself. If you would like to improve your sports performance, improve the quality of your life or have questions about the following exercise please contact me at http://www.boundless-energy.com. This is called the running man, what this is going to do is improve your upper body strength during your run. It’s excellent for bicep strength, shoulder and girdle strength, back strength and core strength. You’re going to take a moderate amount of weight; you can increase as you get stronger. You’re looking to do this exercise for sixty seconds, and what you’re going to do is take your dumbbells and do a running arm position, a right angle in the arm, the elbow, as you move for sixty seconds. You also want to go at a moderate pace. Just as if you are running. Again, you want to perform that exercise for sixty seconds, of course building up going from thirty to forty to fifty and then sixty. "
