" Hi my name is Carey Kepler, I’m a functional training coach. I coach triathletes and do triathlons myself. If you would like to improve your sports performance, improve the quality of your life or have questions about the following exercise please contact me at http://www.boundless-energy.com. This exercise is a stability ball pushup. During triathlons you do need upper body strength. Particularly by the end of the race, at the run leg, you’re going to need your upper body strength to help you push you through. Though it seems like a lot of leg, a lot of it is upper body. What I’m going to demonstrate here is a stability ball push up going from beginner to intermediate then to the last position will be an advanced position. Build this exercise up from ten to twenty repetitions. "
