" Hi my name is Carey Kepler, I’m a functional training coach. I coach triathletes and do triathlons myself. If you would like to improve your sports performance, improve the quality of your life or have questions about the following exercise please contact me at http://www.boundless-energy.com. This exercise is to work on your swimming technique and what it does is whenever you swim you rotate through the water so that you are slippery in the water – this is going to help create core strength and help with the rotation. This exercise is called the log roll. Walk out to about the thighs, as you get stronger and better you can progress out to the shins. You’re going to rotate your hips from side to side. "
