" Hi my name is Carey Kepler; I’m a functional training coach. I coach triathletes and do triathlons myself. If you would like to improve your sports performance, improve the quality of your life or have questions about the following exercise please contact me at http://www.boundless-energy.com. This exercise is called the leg crank; we’re focusing on swimming right now. This is going to help increase your kick strength, builds hip strength, flexibility, builds the hip flexors. You’re going to need a stability ball; you’re going to roll out on the stability ball. This is done with a single leg; you’re going to do about eight to ten repetitions building up to fifteen. "
