" Hi my name is Carey Kepler; I’m a functional training coach. I coach triathletes and do triathlons myself. If you would like to improve your sports performance, improve the quality of your life or have questions about the following exercise please contact me at http://www.boundless-energy.com. This is a running ladder; this is going to help with foot-hand coordination, running technique and acceleration. Very important things for the last leg of the triathlon. What you want to do is get a ladder or a design, something that simulates that of a ladder that you can lie on - a track or a field and you’re going to place both feet into the ladder, moving across the ladder, making sure that your arms are swinging in a running fashion. And of course you want to do this with some acceleration and speed – working on improving that. "
