Video Transcript

" Hi my name is Carey Kepler, I’m a functional training coach. I coach triathletes and do triathlons myself. If you would like to improve your sports performance, improve the quality of your life or have questions about the following exercise please contact me at http://www.boundless-energy.com. This exercise is the stability ball back extension. This is good for your bike leg particularly, when you’re down in the aero bars and your over, you want to make sure that you have a strong back muscle group. This exercise is also good for your swim and for the run. You’re going to place the ball right on your thighs, you’re going to extend and roll over the ball. You’re going to start with your hands right over the thighs. This would be beginner, this would be intermediate and of course you’re going to go to advanced. You’re going to go for fifteen to twenty repetitions as you extend and flex back. "
