"Now in this clip we're going to be learning how to do another finger spin but it's going to be horizontal, from side to side. One, two. Okay? One, two. Alright. So let's go ahead and break this down. Alright so take your Kama. You should have your regular spin down. One, two. Just spin it over the finger. And then you can do a double spin. Now from here you're going to do the same thing but you're going to throw it sideways and it's going to be rotating around your hand. So one and then you're going to catch and then now. One more time. Catch and then throw it back. Okay? So as I do it I'm going to throw my Kama around. I have my finger here, I'm going to keep it curled because it helps me catch it. It's going to spin all the way around. Now when I catch it, these Kamas are really light, I'm just going to pinch with one finger like this and then I'm going to throw it. My finger's going to be on this side and I'm going to throw it back around. So from here I'm going to throw it back around this way and catch again. And I'm only using one finger to do that. So I'm going to hold it with one finger to spin it around, catch the balancing point and then spin it back around the other way. And then I've only got it with one finger. So from here, one, two. Okay? So ready? One more time. One, spin it back around the other way, two. So now I'll just do it horizontal. From here I'll throw it one, two. And that's going to look really sharp if you can do it fast. From here, one, two. So it's going to look really good on your form if you're doing strikes. Hit a pose, one, two and then from here you can do a double, spin it back over, do a double spin. Okay. So one, two. Practice going back and forth. One, two. So get that move down. It's a really good move to learn and it's going to show how advanced you are with your Kamas."
