"In this clip we're going to be learning how to do finger spins. A finger spin is, here, when you put it on your finger and spin it over once. OKay? Now, the most important part is, finding the balance of your kama. Once you find the balance you're going to have to be able to find it quickly, just stick your finger there, without messing up. So, you're going to take your finger and put it right above that balancing point and you're going to throw it. You're going to throw it, pull it towards you, it's going to rotate around and it's going to catch that balancing point. Put it in your hand, like this, hold it, you're going to throw, flip it around, roll your finger with it all the way back into your hand. So, one more time from here, spin and catch. There you go, and that's going to be your finger spin. Now, when you get it down, go ahead and try and do two spins. So, you're going to take your finger, put it about, way up here, two finger links above. So, you're going to roll it, and then roll it around again, all the way to a catch. So, from here, two spins. There you go. One more time. OKay, sometimes it might come off your finger, naturally just rotate, just go in and catch it and play it off. But, if you can't keep your finger on it the whole time, you're going to be moving your hand in this motion of spinning towards you. So, get those finger spins down, get real comfortable with it, make sure you can find the weight of your kama so you can do some really cool spins and that's really going to add to your form, doing chops, spins, spin it back, spin it once over. Alright? Or double it up, add two spins."
