"In this clip we're going to be talking about how to keep our arms straight. How to isolate just our wrist to really get a nice fine tune with our Kamas to make it look sharp. Alright so now a good way to practice is extend both arms all the way out. Then you do your spins. One, two. Okay now what you don't want to do is bend your arms to get them moving. Okay you don't want to get them in a circular motion through the whole thing. You want just your wrist. Practice just one arm at a time. Just stick it all the way out. Lock it completely and practice your spin real slow. And then when you get it start doing it faster and faster. Spin it. Go one, two, three, four. Without barely moving your arm. You want to try and keep it as still as possible. As if it can't move. Okay? Then practice with the other arm. One, two. Go ahead and spin it back and forth. Good. And then practice both arms. One. Keeping both arms really still. Without letting them move. So as you get really good. So you can go one, two, three, lock your arms, and keeping those hands still. Or if you want to do a form here. Bow. Okay. X out. Ya. Okay. So you see how my arms are locked. It'll look really ugly if I'm doing this with my arms trying to get them going making them look sharp. So you want one, two and then ya. Okay you can do it here and then go down, up. But you notice my arms are still bent. I'm not wiggling them and using them for my spins. Okay. You don't want to use your arm or your shoulder. Throw it in. Just your wrist. Okay? So practice. One at a time, train your arms. Lock it completely. That's really good to train your muscles that way. Lock. Alright so that is going to be arm isolations to really focus on just your wrist and what your hand's doing. You don't want to take away from your Kama and look at the whole body. You want to be just on that Kama."
