"Now in this section we're going to be going over how to do chops and strikes. Okay. So take your Kama. You're going to put it on top just like you would do a chop punch but now you're going to do it with Kamas, so go one and then strike just like a punch. You can do it vertical, come in, boom. Okay. Now you've got to remember, all your hits you've got to be pretending like you're striking something. So if you're going to come in it needs to come here and snap it as it goes in. Okay. And shh. You don't want to just go straight. That's going to be more difficult. These are all snap. Snapping strikes. Okay. So one, two, three, four. Alright? So let's try it again. Now as you get it you can throw it into spins. Spin, one, two, three, four. Okay? One more time. Now let's go ahead and add it. Make it a little bit more advanced. So one, under, two, three. So chop, under, chop, hit. Alright. So let's go ahead and we'll make it a little bit more advanced. We'll go one, two, three, four, slice across, and then up, and let's throw in another spin. Okay? So your strikes you want to all bam nice and strong, hit. Okay? One more time. So one, two, three, four. One, two, slice, up, spin. Okay. Or on another one like when you're starting you go, you're spinning around, spin it one, two, one two, three, four, slice, chop, ya, and then go something like one, two, go through your opposite spins. Alright. So with the moves that we've just learned already you can go ahead and do a bunch of different moves and techniques with just those few moves. Forward spins. Doubles together. Forward and back. And throw in your chops. One, two, three, four, big slice, to the front and then go into the spin and then to your doubles back and forth. Alright? So that's going to be some hand combos you can work with. Throw it in any order you want and go on and get those beginning moves down before you move on."
