"In this clip, we are going to working on how to do a reverse spin or backward spin. That's going to be just the opposite of doing a forward spin but this time we will be doing it backward. Okay, you take your kamas and go through your forward spin here. Forward, now this time you?re going to do it backward. So, you are going to drop, around, and catch, so one and two. So that's forward and back. Okay, so let's go ahead and work on that reverse spin. So you have your hand, open it, drop it right behind, straight down, and open, come around say hi again, boom. One, two, okay. So from here, your gaing to take your kamas, drop it around your going to pull it backwards this time. You?re going to reverse high and grab. So one, two, good. So it's good, once you hold the combination, get a lot of momentum built up. Swing it. Go just like that, swing it around. As you do it, you learn by dropping it down and do your reverse spin from here. One, two. So open your hand up, reverse, up and grab. Watch my hand motion. Up, reverse, and grab. One, okay. I'm going to exaggerate a little bit, spin from here and grab. That is going to be your reverse spin. Get these two down, forward spin and reverse spin. It's going to help you out a lot and it will make some cool performance with these spins. Make them real smooth. Remember, arm standing still."
