Video Transcript

"Check out our website at tkdarizona.com. I have been doing martial arts now for about 13 years and I’m loving it. Martial arts is for everyone. We teach them how to respect each other, how to uplift each other, we teach them how to be friends, and teach them how to be honest with one another. We also teach them how to be a team member, to also encourage one another, and to cheer each other on. Now, the things I taught you today with the weapons make sure you got a proper instructions before you go and buy some weapons and try it yourself. Okay there are a lot of good schools out there. If you are in Arizona, you can check out Phoenix at America’s Best Karate, they’re in Chandler, Arizona. Or if you are here in Northern Arizona, come and check it out in Cottonwood Tae Kwon Do Unlimited. I do Jhoon Rhee Tae Kwon Do, and that means Tae Kwon Do is for everyone, especially family. We like to see families come together and do something as a team for once and as a whole family, instead of having your kids go out and play soccer by themselves. We would like to see the whole family involved and encouraging each other, it’s a family sport. We take kids all the way up to little dragons from four years old all the way up to 40 years old. So you’re never too young and you’re never too old to start."
