Video Transcript

"It is my grandfather's wish that I continue to practice Shaolin because he himself, studied at the Shaolin Temple in the 1920's but in the 1928 burning the Shaolin Temple he has a defect and leave the temple when the Japanese or when the people attacked it and burned down the Shaolin Temple in the 1928. So his dream didn't come true of becoming a Shaolin Monk. So he wants to pass it on to my, to the next generation. Unfortunately, my father didn't get to go to Shaolin cause when he was born, China was kind of like corrupted and mass revolution and everything else, didn't let him to, didn't give him a chance to study a Shaolin. So in my generation, in the 80's, everything's already calm down, I could study a Shaolin. And now, I'm going to show you the internal training of Shaolin Martial Arts."
