"Hi my name is Caleb Labarda. I'm a third degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do and I am here with Expert Village. Today I am going to be teaching you how to do a 540. O'kay another way to build up some momentum is to use a reverse hook kick. So you have to be able to do a regular hook kick first. You have got to be right here and throwing a hook kick and it has to be a regular hook kick, throwing it around. I like to be doing the regular hook kick more because when you are spinning you are going to get more momentum. The round kick is a little slower. From here we are going to twist, reverse hook kick, and 540. That is going to give us a lot of momentum and power and that is really what we are going to use. Now to do it watch my feet. I am going to kick, hook, step, prepivot, pick up the knee and 540. It is important to get your steps down and your feet positioned correctly. Now put my guards up, spin into a reverse hook kick, 540, hook kick and 540, bam back to your spot. So one more time, reverse hook kick and 540. That's how you do a reverse hook kick, 540, building up into momentum."
