"In this clip we're going to be learning how to do a reverse hook kick. You must know how to do a reverse sidekick and a regular hook kick first, before we do this kick. Alright, so let's go ahead and do this kick. So you're going to pre-pivot, look over your shoulder, chamber and hook. Again from here, and hook. Okay, that's going to be a reverse hook kick. It's a very powerful kick, it's a knockout kick. It works great in sparring if someone is attacking you. Because you can step back and hook right across the head. Okay, so let's break this down. So from here I'm going to pre-pivot my foot, turn, look over my shoulder, pick up my foot in a sidekick chamber and throw my hook kick. Now to do it, start throwing it faster and faster. Pre-pivot, turn and hook. Let's go ahead and try it on Mister Bob here. Pre-pivot our foot, look over our shoulder, turn, aiyah, all the way across the head. Again from here, turn, aiyah. One more time, pre-pivot, I'm going to do it fast. From here turn, aiyah, bam, that's going to be a knockout kick. Mister Bob just went down. So that is your reverse hook kick."
