"Now, let's go ahead and take our side kick and throw a spin into it, which is going to be called a reverse side kick. This is a great kick, it has a lot of power and it's great for sparring or when someone's attacking you, you can do a fading or moving in and it's also great for comboing. So, let's go ahead and learn how to do this kick. So, first off we're going to stand here, I'm going to start by pre-pivoting my foot, looking over my shoulder at my target, picking up my knee in a side kick chamber, and kicking, o.k. So, at speed, it's going to here, and kick. That's going to be our reverse side kick. O.k, now watch the foot positioning on this one, so I'm going to, so I'm going to take my feet, I'm going to pre-pivot, turn and then my other leg's going to come up into my chamber. So, one more time from here. Pre-pivot, turn, keep that foot right where it's at and then throw out our side kick. So, go, let's go ahead and practice on a Bob over here so, guards up, pre-pivot, turn, hiya, and hit your target, o.k. Do it slow at first and make sure you hit your target right on, so, pre-pivot, look at your target and kick, o.k. One more time doing it fast from here, hiya, ha. And, that is going to be your reverse side kick."
