"CALEB LABARDA: Alright. Now, so if you're having a hard time just doing it from standing, practice throwing it with your spinning hook kick or your spinning wheel kick, as you like to call it, okay? So we did a go through this in the beginning. So from here, you're going to spin, hook. You're going to set it down for a second but, as you're doing that, it's building up momentum. You're going to spin your shoulders all the way through; you're going to pick up this leg, jump off, which--the leg really is not kicking; you're going to jump off of it, spin all the way around, hook kick, and then bring it back down, okay? So that's going to be a spinning hook kick 720. So from here once again. Hook kick, set it down, switch, jump, spin, spin, spin, spin, hook kick, and bring it back down or wheel kick, okay? So that's going to be your reverse hook kick 720. It's also a good practice hitting the targets like I mentioned earlier, using your porkchop. Hit your porkchop once, bam, jump, spin, around, bam, hit that porkchop again. Okay, if you can hit both--hit the target twice with both kicks, that's really good and that means you're getting a really good accuracy. Okay, now, when you land, also remember have some strong ankles. You want to land on your toes and then drop to your heels 'cause sometimes you're going to still be spinning, alright? You don't want to land completely on your foot at once 'cause you can really twist your leg or hurt your foot. So remember to land toes and heels as you spin all the way back around--bam--into your stance, alright? So have a nice strong foot."
