"CALEB LABARDA: All right, now the next step we're going to be doing is a reverse hook kick tornado kick. All right, you must be able to combo the two because when we actually do it, we're going to do a reverse hook kick 720. It's going to help build up power to get us off the ground and to help us spin faster. Alright, so our tornado kick reverse hook kick. All right. So let's go ahead and break that down, okay? So, I'm going to pre-pivot, turn, pick up my foot, hook kick as I'm going around, okay? That's going to build up momentum. I'm still spinning, I'm going to re-pick up my left knee, jump, tornado kick, okay? So all I did was combo the two kicks together. So one more time. Pre-pivot, spin, hook kick, keep spinning, pick up the foot and jump, tornado kick, and set it back down. So like I said, this step is very crucial and an important part of your 720. You gotta be able to do the small steps first before you build up. So make sure you can do a good reverse hook kick smoothly, set your foot down, pick it back up, into a tornado kick and then from there we're going to build up into our 720."
