"CALEB LABARDA: Now, another important kick we're going to have to do is called a tornado kick, and that's going to be a spinning crescent kick, but instead of doing it inside to outside, we're going to go from outside to inside. Good. So from here, I'm going to pre-pivot my foot, turn all the way around, bring it up and kick. And that's going to be one of my first steps for my 720. So, again, let's do it fast from here, come all the way around, okay? That's going to be a tornado kick. So let's go and break that down. Okay, I'm going to pre-pivot my foot, turn all the way around, look over my shoulder. From here, I'm going to bring up my knee, spin, spin, spin, spin all the way to the front. I'm going to align with knee at my target; I'm going to jump, switch legs, and kick. There you go. And that's going to be your tornado kick. So, one more time. From here, pre-pivot, turn, turn, turn , turn, face your target, jump, and switch. And that's going to be your spinning tornado kick. Now, if you practice your spinning tornado kick, make sure you do have power and accuracy, like I said before, for all the kicks. A good way to practice it is with a partner and having maybe some paddles or some punching bags to use, and that will help you really get your power and accuracy, because with more power, you're going to have to spin really hard to get around for that 720."
