"CALEB LABARDA: Now, also after you learn how to do your spinning hook kick or spinning wheel kick, now it's time to take it to the air, okay? You're going to have to be able to jump and do a jump spinning reverse hook kick or jump spinning wheel kick. So you're going to start sideways, guards up. You're going to do the same thing but we're just going to do it from standing. We're going to jump, reverse hook kick and land behind us. So from here, all the way behind. One more time. All right. Okay, you can see how that kick has a lot power and it gets me around fast and that's going to really help us for the 720. Okay. So, just like our jump reverse crescent kick, we're going to jump and spin, but this time we're just going to do it straight from standing. So, I'm going to stand. I'm going to go ahead, I'm going to squat, jump, look over my shoulder, and, as I throw a spin, I'm going to really tuck my knees in, chamber, and hook it all the way around and bring it back to starting position, okay? So I even jump with my legs apart. So, I jump, bring my legs together, knee in, and hook, okay? And that's going to be your jump spinning wheel kick or jump spinning hook kick. So one more time. From here, all the way back around. So, again, watch my legs as I do it...all the way to there."
