"CALEB LABARDA: All right, so there's several different types of kicks you must know how to do before doing the 720, several different steps. So we're going to break them all down. So one of our first kicks we're going to is a crescent kick, okay? We're going to do an inside-to-outside crescent kick or some people just call it an outside crescent kick, okay? So you're going to bring your knee up from here, go around, and kick all the way around, okay? So once again, pick up your knee. Okay, your foot is going to come around, and snap. You can bring it all the way around. All right, one more time. So bring up your knee; you're going to kick. Aim it about a little bit direction towards my right, and I'm going to come all the way across in a nice rainbow motion, and bring it all the way across. Bring it all the way around, okay? And that's going to be my crescent kick. Now, you are also going to have to do a reverse crescent kick, to be able to get it spinning. So go ahead and pre-pivot your foot, turn, pick up your knee, and then kick from here, and that's going to be your reverse crescent kick. So one more time. Spin and turn, and reverse crescent kick, all right? So one more time. Standing crescent kick, pick up your knee, come across, and whip. Can you hear that whip in my pants? 'Cause I'm always snapping that leg up for power. One more time, bring it all the way around. From here. Now a reverse crescent kick, pre-pivot your foot, turn, look, and kick. One more time, spin, all right? And those are going to be--that's going to be one of your main kicks you're going to use in your 720 as you jump, spin around, spin around, crescent kick."
