Now, we're going to go over on how to catch your nunchuck, okay? So, instead of going like this and grabbing it and putting it together like that, okay? Instead of looking sloppy, we're going to put it all the way together to make it look real sharp, do a nice fine catch. A catch like that, bam! Okay. Let's get to the practice down here. When you do it, just practice--bam--catching it, okay? So, let's go ahead and breakdown how to catch it, okay? So, we're going to stand here sideways, hold your nunchuck down like this. Now, you have to be careful not to pinch your thumb, okay? So, I'm going to hold it with my thumb and my first finger, okay? And now, I'm going to just toss it on gently and just practice catching it. When it comes here, my whole hand grips, okay? So, when I'm pinching it, I'm leaving this whole palm and my nunchuck open. I will go around, flip and catch, okay? Now, you do it from the topside. From here, you come down, catch. One more time, catch, catch, catch, okay? So, it's very important that you'll be able to catch your nunchuck from different directions, okay? Be able to catch it from the top, from the side, the other side, okay? The bottom, okay?
