"The last combination that we'll do, puts two techniques together. They are shoulder-to- shoulder and a thumb spin over the shoulder. We will combine both of those. It will look like this, first let me demonstrate. Now, let?s break it down. From the shoulder, you will hit your waist, throw the nunchucks over your wrist, spin and catch. You will then throw them over the other shoulder. This time as you catch, you'll swing them through the fingers and throw them back over the opposite shoulder. Then, once more, spin the nunchucks back around to a catch. So there will be a lot of change in directions and a lot of throws. You must really take your time and throw your nunchucks in different directions without making it look sloppy. From here, one, spin, two, over shoulder and three, catch. Throw under the armpit and over the shoulder. Catch nunchucks upside down, spin over the wrist and do a catch. Once again, using the steps above, beginning with a thumb spin, practice this combo. The shoulder spin combo is really cool. Soon you will be able to perform it all the way through without stopping or looking sloppy."
