"In this video clip, I'll show you how to do a shoulder to shoulder throw. We will toss the nunchucks from one shoulder, under the armpit, over the other shoulder and flip them back. Start by holding one of the nunchucks one thumb length from the top. We are going to do a flip-over. Hold this nunchuck between your index and middle fingers. Flip the loose nunchuck all the way back over your hand, to where it is upside down. This is the point where you will flip them over your first shoulder. Once you have flipped the nunchuck upside down, hold it in your hand like you would hold a pencil. Next you will throw it over your shoulder, by passing it under your arm and tossing over your shoulder from the back. Do one complete flip over the shoulder and catch it upside down with the opposite hand. From here, flip it back over, catch, go under the armpit and flip it back over the other shoulder. This time you'll catch with the same hand. Now let's put it all together. First, flip and as it comes around throw it under your armpit and over your opposite shoulder. Catch with the opposite hand and flip it back over the other shoulder. This is the shoulder to shoulder throw. Repeat. You can do it from any combo. Once again, spin through, hold between the fingers and flip over. Throw nunchucks over the opposite shoulder, catch, flip back over and throw back over your other shoulder."
