"Alright. In this section, we're going to learn how to do a swing through to swing through. Going both directions without stopping. Hit and go back the other direction. So, how we do this is you're going to start with your right shoulder. You're going to do one basic spin all the way through. Now, coming back you're going to go one direction. When you get to the middle, you're going to switch and go the other direction. But, you're going to make it look like an illusion without stopping. So, first I'm going to spin. One. Two. Three. Spin through, hit my shoulder, come back around. From here, I'm going to go down, one. Two, switch directions. Three. Four. And, hit. So, again. Across, all the way through. One. On the outside of my arm. Spin all the way around. Two. Now, I'm going to go on the inside of my arm. Three. Now, on the outside of my arm. Four. And, hit. So, one, two, three, four. All the way through. One. Two. Three. Four. You can go all the way into a catch or just keep going from here. One more time. From this shoulder, come across, swing, just spin it. Make it look like one chuck. Remember, hold it in between the two fingers. Hit the shoulder, come all the way through. One. Two. Three. And, four. Hit the shoulder. And, then keep going or into a catch. Alright. And, that's going to be your swing through to swing through. One the second time, remember you're going one direction switching directions."
