"Ok. In this clip, you're going to learn how to a from hit to the shoulder, swing through all the way to a catch. Now, what I'm doing. I'm going from one direction, I'm spinning it one way and then I'm switching directions and going back around. Alright. So, it's going to look like from here. One, two, all the way to a catch. Ok, so let's go and learn how to do this. From here, it's not going to work from the same side that your holding the Nunchuck. You want to do it from the opposite side. So, you can do a hit come over here. Now from here, I'm going to spin it forward one. I'm going to do an "L", two. Now, I'm going to switch directions. I'm going to come back this way through, three and then four and hit. So, I'm only doing about four spins. And, again. Throw one, as I'm swinging through two, three, four. So, I was spinning this direction then I flipped over and went that direction. One more time. Through here, all the way to a catch. Ok. Start off with a combo, "L" strike, hit, boom, one, two, three, four. So, one more time breaking it down from here. Coming across of the other shoulder. Remember, not the same side. It's got to be the opposite. One, spin down, two spin this way. Now, I'm going to spin backwards. Three. Four. Hit. And, catch. One more time. Here, bring it down. One. Two. Three. Four. Hit. Spin. Catch. Alright, and that's going to be your shoulder all the way swing through, switching directions."
