"CALAB LABARDA: Alright, so adding on to the throw we just did, we're going to go ahead and combo it and do it over the back, okay? So, already, we're just going to mainly use one hand for this one. Start it from here and you go throw over and go underneath, okay, catch, and go over the back. Okay, when you go over the back, you want to practice, want to whip it here, and that's when you let it go, when the nunchuck is pointing over facing there, alright? So, one more time, here whip, go over, okay, catch it there, flip, and throw it back over the back all the way to your catch. Alright, now we do this one, you can actually throw this one over your shoulder so I'm going to be almost two shoulders. So, one flip, over the shoulder, here, and flip, shoulder all the way to catch, okay? So once again, one, two, you do a combo that way, flip, three, four, and back, alright? Kind of have the big combo, one more time. from here, I'm going to go--actually, let's start down here on your left, do a thumb spin, okay, hand spin, okay, do an x, put it between here between your fingers, grab, throw it over your shoulder, catch, upside down. So that back over, lean this way and throw it back over your shoulder, alright? And that's going to be a huge combo. So, one more time, from here, one, two, flip over, throw, catch, spin, over, catch, alright? And that is going to be your next big combo to practice."
