"CALAB LABARDA: All right. So next, we're going to be putting our nunchucks together for double the power and double the strikes, okay? So instead of moving them as two separate units, we're going to put them together and use them as one unit, all right? So mostly, your form will look like L's. You're going to split up. But now, we're going to bring them together and do strikes. One, two. See, back and forth, come across, helicopters or both of them, all right? And let's go and I'll show you a great way to go into that. So a good way to do it is starting of with your L's, okay? Showing you your nice basic L-strikes, get them up from here. Now, you should know how to do a switch-up with one nunchuck reaching under and pulling, okay? So I'm going to do that, watch. It's going to be a really cool trick if you do it, right? It will look really neat. You're going to come underneath, catch, with one hand grab it and now it's completely gone. It's in my left hand. Now, I'm going to swing. I'm going to put it back, grab my nunchucks together, one, two, three, four and five, okay? So one more time, go to your L's. Bam. Okay? L-strikes, these are all strikes. Two, okay? From here, I'm going to go up, catch, let go. Now, all I'm going to do is bring my hand back around, grabbing my nunchuck, swinging, one. Do the strikes, strike, helicopter spin around the head, over, strike, come back around, strike, okay? Now, I'm going to go to my three-hit combo that we learned. One, two, three, all right? One more time, from here--or you don't even have to do off the switches. You can just do it from here. You can do your thing. It looks cool moving back a little bit go on one foot, back here, one, two, three, four, helicopter spin with both of them around, three-hit combo. Bam. All right? And that is going to be doubling up your strikes with both your nunchucks, pointing them together in the same motion."
