"CALAB LABARDA: Alright, now we should already know our x's. We're going to be going over this again but we're going to learn how to move with our body a little more, okay? We've also done or we have just had to do two movements and then go back into it, just like that. And you see how I'm stopping by doing a few strikes. I'm going right back into my x's. Okay, we should already know them that. Now, another way to do it is go side to side, one, two, moving your body with it, three, see, I'm going all different angles, four, and then lean back, okay? So, do good with your practice, make sure that you have good balance on your legs and you ought to be moving your nunchucks with your head. And it's something sounds silly but you're going to get dizzy and I'd actually fall on my back for because I've done it for a long time and I got dizzy. So, practice, moving with your body, just getting a nice motion, that's all I'm doing. I was going in a big circle with my body. And as soon as I lean back, come across, and now, practice doing with your arms with it, okay, kinda Matrix style. Now, do with the nunchucks, from here, start doing those slow motions here. Alright, now start leaning back. Now, practice folding it back here with the nunchucks in the air and then going around. Now, practice going back into your motions, okay? L strikes, throw some of those fancy ones in there and go back to here and go down and sweep the floor, all the way around, come across. Sweep the area in any direction you want, going back, and you want to be able to do both at the exact same catch. So once again, x-ing, catch at the same time, okay? And that's going to really fancy up your form and change levels with it, change the prospective of it, okay, the look of it instead of just standing here doing your x's. You want to really move with it and really make it cool."
