"CALAB LABARDA: All right. The next one we're going to go over is a helicopter spin. So, keep in mind, helicopter spin is not like this, that's going to look silly, okay? We're not trying to fly away. It's just the move, okay? This one's--it's great to do. It will look like this. One, come across, two come across, okay? So, we'll do the strikes. One, strike, come across, two, strike, okay? You can do it in a circle. One, strike, come across, two, strike, got it? So, as I'm doing it, I'm going to break this motion as I'm coming it up towards my neck. But this time, I'm going to go all the way around my head. I'm going to do one, long complete spin, all the way back down to my side. Now, this side is going to come around, my left side is going to come around across the head, right here, okay? So, one, here, two, here, okay? You can also do them--as you do it, bring them both together, one, come across, doubles, bam! Come across, doubles, bam! Those are going to your helicopter spins, making a full helicopter motion, okay? If you want to do it off your Ls, do your Ls. Bam! Going real slow. As it hits my shoulder, helicopter, across, hit, helicopter and hit, okay? Again, real slow, helicopter, hit, helicopter, hit, going to doubles, one, two, okay? It also looks good if you can get your helicopters straight out, one, [SOUNDS LIKE] instead of going over your head, two, okay? So, go one, two, three, going to your Ls, helicopter one, helicopter two, doubles, one, two, throw up your 60, put them both down. Bam! Okay? And those are going to be your helicopter spins, they're really cool moves and remember they're all strikes."
