How to Catch & Hit with Nunchucks

"CALAB LABARDA: Alright. Now, another really cool move I'd like to do is a catch, hit, and come back, okay, so, boom, hit. So when you do it, it's all body language. If you want to move, you're going to block with your nunchuck. Block, push it off, swing it around and catch, alright. Now, let's go ahead and go into that without being silly. Just driving and we can do it, okay. So, ready, one more time, we'll through more L's, going through some of these again, yah, okay, and go from here, come across, whish, one, as your nunchuck is coming up, flip across, swing it back, and down, okay? Over here, bam, you're going to a pose, and then start again. Or without stopping, whish, get the bolt moving again, alright? So, again, from here, you can go to your L's. This one's going to come around, catch. Okay, this one's going to wrap all around, bam, okay, you'll lean back to it, whish. It looks cool. You can either go in your front toe like that or you could just stand up straight and hit. You can do a look away. You don't even have to look at it. So one from across, flip it back over and then spin it back out again. Alright, so from here, you're going to need to come up. You're going to put this end up, block around, going through your toe, and catch. Swing around, catch, toe, flip, and catch. Together, one, two, three, and then go all the way into your combos again. Okay. So, once again, yah, come across, catch, lift, yah, hah, or the look away, ai-yah, and then get your nunchucks moving all the way around. Okay. So, that is going to be a real cool way to go through your nunchucks."
