"CALAB LABARDA: All right. Now, we're going to be going over our front spins or up and down strikes. So remember, always hold your nunchucks one thumb-length from the top, okay? This is what it's going to look like. You're going to put it on your shoulders, spin down and strike. One, spin back up, two, okay? From the side, one, two. From the other side, one, two, okay? Now, let's go ahead and break it down. So from the top, you're going to hold it in between your fingers. Pinch, okay? Now, from here you're going to spin one complete spin all the way over and down. One complete spin up, backwards, one, two, okay? Now, from the side, it's going to look like this. Go straight forward, one, spin over, two, spin back, one, two, okay? With one nunchuck, it's like one, two. And you can switch up and do opposites, which is a good practice for your brain, training your brain to do two different things at once with your body. One, two, spin, one, okay? So now, I'm doing opposite spins. So from the front, at a pinch, complete one, two, one, two. Switch from this side, one, two, one, two. And then you start going faster. Remember, there are strikes. Strike, strike, strike, okay? To the front. Okay? And then strike. Bam. One, two. Forward together from here. One, two, three, four, okay? And those--that's going to be your up and down strike or your up and down spins."
