"CALAB LABARDA: Alright, so we already know our three hit combo, let's go ahead and add to it. Alright, so it's going like this. We're going to start, one, two, one, two, three, okay. Now, we're using both sections, all sections of our body instead of just here. Okay, now we're really switching up and throwing it in different directions. Let's go ahead and break that down. Okay, remember when you do these moves it looks better at an angle instead of straight forward. So, it's going to look better from side to side. Alright, so now what I'm doing is I'm going to start from here. Okay. Hips, okay, my right hand is going to hit the top, my left hand is going to hit the bottom. So, from here, one, come back, hips. Now switch, two, come back, hips, come up, three, hip, out, and catch. Okay. Now, from this side, ready, go, one, left hand on top, right hand down, hips, right hand on top, left hand down, hip, back, three, out, and catch. Okay. You don't always have to catch straight up. You can catch it down. So, from the front view, ready, it's going to look like one, two, three, four, okay. Ready? Here we go, five, six, seven, eight, okay, ready? One, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, okay, so it will be about eight counts. Okay one more time, alright, and that's going to be adding to your three hit combo. That's going to look really cool. Remember, do it at angles."
