"CALAB LABARDA: Okay, now for another advance part, we're going to be working on how to go into a chops and punches using strikes and spins, putting in all together. So, it will look this. So you can say, start with your form to a bow, come up look, ha, come and block. Ai-yah, come across, spin, catch. Okay, notice that I spin around, I just did one complete spin, cut and punch. Okay, now remember the ends of your nunchucks are very hard and they're great striking objects, bam, okay, strike. Here come across, bam, strike. So once again, I'm going to bow, come up, look, block, high block, one, strike, come across, spin, out. As I'm doing my spin, my hand is going flat around to a catch and this is also an aim, okay. Aim, punch, okay. Back with the other hand, come around, aim, punch, catch, punch, come across, all the way to the catch right here, follow it, and punch, okay. You can also do them at the same time. One, two, catch, come across like that, bam, aim, okay. Punch, come across, punch, okay. You throw in different combinations like I just tell you so you can go here one, catch, come across, punch. Okay? So, it's important that you have very fast catches down as you do your moves."
