"So, after running and crawling we will do basic stretching. Stretching starts from the top of the head all the way through the body to below the foot. So, stretching basically enables us to build up the flexibility so our muscles will not become tight when we're doing the harder stuff. Such as flipping, cartwheel, forms, weapons and breaking stuff. So, basically it loosens up our body and loosens up the muscles and the bones and the tendons and the joints. So, now let me show you the basic stretching. First thing, we'll work on our head. Which, is tilting upside down. We do this probably about twenty-five times every morning. Right. Left. Circular. Switch sides. Now, we're going to loosen up our arms. Our hands. Our shoulders. Ok, stretch to the back. Up. Turn back. And, down. Side bend. Many, many more different stretching. So, after the top part of the body stretching we can stretch our hips. Switch sides. Knees. Squat. And, we do different types of stretching such as crouch stand stretch. Forward stand stretch. We stretch towards the trees. We call it shoulder stretch. Put our legs up. Different stretches. We do a lot of different stretches."
