"So once your in an eddie and you looked down stream to see whats coming up and grabbing the group together and make sure everybody is okay, your ready to go down stream and do what's called a peel out. To do a peel out we're going to use the same current deferential that we used in the eddie turn but we're going to use it in the opposite direction. I'm going to head to the eddie water into the down stream moving fast water and when I do that most of the same principles apply. I'm going to get some speed up turn down stream lean into my turn and we'll see how it works so that's what a peel out is."
