"Hi, this is Bruce Lessels from Zoar Outdoor on behalf of expertvillage.com. We’re going to talk about making a campfire and taking down a campfire and campfire safety. So there are a lot of ways to enjoy a campfire but one of the most traditional ways to enjoy a campfire is by roasting marshmallows. A good way to roast a marshmallow is to get a nice long stick, something that’s got a thin point on it so that you can put the two marshmallows on the end of it. You can also have three marshmallow sticks and four marshmallow sticks, you can take this to the extreme if you want and then you want one that’s long enough that you don’t have to get too close to the fire. There are lots of different methods for roasting marshmallows depending on how golden brown you want them or how burned you want. I like to kind of put around the fire there till it gets close to golden sometimes a little bit burned and when it’s right about there you can either eat the marshmallows plain or you can do what’s even better you can make a s’more. You make a s’more by taking a graham cracker, the marshmallows and some chocolate. Put the chocolate and the graham cracker on either sides of the marshmallow, use that to take the marshmallows off the stick and there you have a gooey chocolaty graham crackery s’more."
