" Hi! This is Brian on behalf of expertvillage.com. The next step in preparing a site to setup a tent would be to clear the area. Now if you look down here, you will notice it is relatively clear of debris, rocks, sticks, things like that. But bear in mind that any little thing that is on the ground, before you setup the tent, if it’s still there after you are done setting up the tent you feel it at night when you trying to sleep. It’s very important to clear as much away as possible, so let us begin. Rocks especially can be very uncomfortable at night. You can just toss those off to the side. Depending on the size of your tent, you probably only you need about a 10 x 10 foot area of relatively clear ground, which we can make here very easily. Even a stone as small as this can be enough to be uncomfortable at night if you don’t have adequate padding, so it is good idea remove those as well if you can."
