"Hi this is Ben Jordan from expertvillage.com I'm here to talk to you about how to get passed on a bike. While you are out for your bike it is enable that some cycles would be traveling faster then you. When this cycles approach you and are about to pass they would indicate that they are going to be coming up on your left. Once they indicate to you verbally or otherwise that they are about to pass there is some simple rules that you should follow in order to be passed safely. First slow down and stop peddling while the other person is passing you. This would increase the rate in which he is able to pass you and allow him to get in front you and out of the other line of traffic. Also keep a eye on cyclist that might be in front of you. If for some reason those cyclist is coming up to quickly put on your brakes gently and slow down to let that other person get by you. Once the other person has passed you completely you could return to peddling and get on your way to the rest of your bike ride."
