"Hi! This is Ben Jordan from expertvillage.com and I am here to talk to you about some general safety tips for bicycling. Wearing a helmet is one of the most important general things you can do; it's going to keep your head safe on any falls and one of the most important things about putting on a helmet is just making sure that the helmet fits properly. As you are bicycling, pay attention to your bike and to other bikes around you. Listen to your bike for any strange noises coming out of it. Also, pay attention to other cyclists on the road. Also, wear reflective clothing whether its day or night. This will keep you in view of cars and other bikers on the road. As you are biking, also be sure to be aware of all other road signs, traffic signs and trail signs. Keep an eye on where you are, beware of where you are on the trail and in addition to the common road signs on some of the well developed bike trails, there are emergency telephones that are available to you.
