"Hi! This is Ben Jordan from expertvillage.com and I am here to talk to you about how to dress appropriately when you are biking., First let's start with the head. Wear a helmet at all times. How much important to keep you safety from falls and any other unfortunate accidents that may occur while you are biking. Hopefully, you will never have to use it but it is an very important piece of safety gear. In addition, dressing appropriately is important when you are biking no matter what the weather. Keeping loose articles of clothing from getting caught in the different parts of your bike will keep you safe for the rest of your bike ride. Make sure your shoes are tied properly, your pants aren't going to be loose enough to get caught in the gears and the rest of your clothing is appropriate as well. In cold weather environments like this one, it is important to dress in layers to keep yourself warm for the duration of your bike ride. Wear long underwear underneath your clothing; it's a way to stay warm and it isn't very bulky. Because the temperature can change during the course of your bike ride, it is also important to dress in layers. Wear several layers that will keep moisture away from your body while keeping you warm. Layers are nice because you can remove one of them if you are going to be too warm or put on an additional one. Lastly, check the weather before your go out on your ride. Rather it is sunny, raining or snowing, knowing what the weather conditions are will keep you comfortable for the entire duration of your bike ride. "
