" Hi! my name is Brandon and I work at BC Surf-n-Sport here in Coral Springs, Florida. You can find us on the web at www.bcsurf.com. Today, I am going to teach you how to do a pop and shove it. Basically what you want to do is have your front foot over your bolts just like as if you are pushing and your back foot is going to be over about the edge of the tail. Basically what you want to be doing is setting up basically for ollie, what you are going to do is, its all going to be in your back foot, what you are going to do is put pressure in the tail as if you are going to ollie, but instead of just sliding your front foot up just going to want to scoop your tail with your back foot so it does this motion and its going to spin around like thing, then you want to bring your feet above your board, catch it and land on the floor like that. Something you need to be very careful because you want to be able to get your feet up above your board because sometimes it could hit your shin and you could get bruises or shin splints or something like that. so basically what I am going to do is setup for an ollie, have your back foot over the tail and just like I said you want to put pressure and scoop, and just land it over the bolts, just make sure you have your feet above your board, otherwise like I said you will hurt your shins."
