"Hi! My name is Brandon and I work at BC Surf-n-Sport here in Coral Springs, Florida. You can find us on the web at www.bcsurf.com. Today, I am going to show you how to go down a basic ramp like this one here, at your local skate park. You try to find basically the smallest bank ramp you can, because it will make it just that much easier for you. You will be a little more comfortable with the ramps at the skate park. What you want to do is basically setup like you were like you are either pushing, make sure that your front foot is on the bolts on the front part of your skateboard and you have your foot planted on the ground by the back part of your wheels, now what you want to do is when you take a push you start get on your ramp, make sure that your shoulders are even with the ramp and you don’t lean too far back because you will fall backwards and if you lean too far forward you will fall forward. By the way when you do this make sure you have your helmet on. So, what you want to do is you want to take you a slight push forward and make sure that your shoulders are straight at the ramp and once you hit the ground make sure you put your shoulder back and your foot on the ground. Then everything is nice like your body with the ramp like it was before. "
