In this section I'm going to be showing you how to pick out a proper pair of pants. Much like the jackets, the skiing pants are rated on levels of waterproofness and breathability, so you're going to want to be paying attention to that. You're also going to want to be picking pants that fit you properly in the waist, and leave you enough room so when it's cold out you can layer things underneath. You can wear thermals; you can wear sweatpants if you need to. And a lot of people like their skiing and snowboarding pants a little bit bigger and baggier just so you can move freely in them. But then there are also people who like them a little bit slimmer. So you're definitely going to want to try on a few different pairs of pants from different companies to see how they fit, to see how the lengths are, how the waist fits. You're also going to want to pick out a pair of pants that's visually pleasing to you and that goes somewhat with your jacket. So like I said before, go to your shop, try on a few different pairs of pants. Bring your jacket that you're going to be wearing because no one really likes jacket and pants that don't really match whatsoever. So it's a good idea to try them on at the same time to make sure the fits are the same, to make sure they work well with each other. Like I said before, pay attention to how waterproof and how breathable the pant is, much like the jacket. Just make sure you try a few of them on before you actually purchase the pant.
