"So when you are actually getting off of the chair you really want to pay attention when your sitting on the chair to make sure you recognize where the end of the chair actually is. When you are getting ready to get off the chair you want to make sure that you don't have any loose articles of clothing or your ticket or your pass connected the chair because then it's going to make it so it is difficult and also dangerous for you to get off the lift because you are going to be attached. With loose pieces of clothing you want to make sure you have everything with you. Your ski poles, your gloves you should take your goggles off, you want to make sure they are back on your head. Then when you are about to get off the chair if you lower the safety bar down you want to make sure you lift it back up so you can actually get off the lift. When you're coming up to the very end of the lift like I said before you want to make sure that your ski tips are not down but are actually facing up allowing you to get off the chair lift like this and smoothly go up and over the bump that they built at the top of the chair lift right there. When your feet are actually touching the ground signs on the sides read unload here you want to stand up and right away. And what you don't want to do is stop right where the chairlift still is. You want to make sure you clear out of the way and get out of everyone else's way because there's more people coming up behind you that need to get off the chair lift as well. So pretty much you need to focus on keeping your ski tips up, standing up riding out of the way and getting out in a clear zone where you can put the straps of your ski poles back on and get ready to actually go and take the run. So what you want to do when you get close to getting off the chair lift, the safety bar is up, make sure your ski tips are up, your are going to want to stand up and come out of the loading area off the lift with your poles in one hand your going to ride away safely so you are not in anybodies way making it so people can back up and possibly hit you hurting themselves and possibly hurting you too. And that's how you get off the chairlift."
