"Hey everybody, Bobby Larew here standing by the pool. We're getting ready to talk about reverse dives or the gainer group. We're going to do reverse dive and one and a half but right now we're going to talk about just the reverse dive. We're talking about where do your arms need to be and your position of your head when you're standing on the end of the board getting ready to go ok? So I'm just going to walk through the front hurdle and show you where we're at in the dive so you know what I'm talking about ok? We're standing at the board getting ready to do our reverse dive ok? We're going to do our five step hurdle so I've got one, two, three, four, five. From here I'm ready to jump up to my hurdle, I've landed on the end of the board, I've done my circle through. Now this is what I'm talking about when I say where do my arms and head need to be to do this dive and do it correctly? You've swung through; you've pushed the board down. The boards about to come back up, what you need to do is swing the arms up here by your ear ok? Head up ready to go, you don't want your arms back, you don't want your arms forward, you want them right up here by your ears. That's where your arms need to be on reverse dive."
